We used this service from Heathrow to Southampton cruise port. It was a great experience. The communication from the driver was great, following our flight and contacting me through WhatsApp from the moment we landed. I was able to communicate our progress through immigration and baggage claim with the driver. Our driver collected us from outside the customs area in the airport from a predetermined location. He was very friendly and personable. I definitely recommend this service!
